Questions

You can ask PricewaterhouseCoopers' tax consultants any tax question you like and at any time of day through MindLink, whether you have taken out a subscription or not.

Depending on the nature of your subscription with us, we will let you know whether we would charge you for the question or not. Should we charge you, we would always quote you a fee before answering any question and indicate hoe long it would take us to prepare an answer. We would start working on the answer as soon as you accept the proposed terms on-line. The answer will be released to you before or  after receipt of your payment, depending on the agreement we have reached.

PricewaterhouseCoopers' practice is to prepare an answer and send it to you within 24 working hours or 3 working days, but we will notify you if we anticipate any delay.

Your questions will be displayed on your company file, together with all past questions and answers. You will be able to refer to the answers whenever you wish and monitor the progress of questions submitted. That way, you can keep a full history of correspondence concerning tax issues on the website.

All questions are transmitted to us in encrypted form, which prevents third parties from reading or amending the transmitted data. Our answers are sent in a similar format. Our answer may be added to the "Company tax" database in a format that gives no indication of who raised the question.
